Hi,
First of all, excuse my bad English, it's not my native language, but I'll try to explain my problem.
I have 190E 2.5-16v (WDB2010351F663427).
Does anybody know if I should have higher RPMs(rotations of engine per minute) when I start a cold car(for example, during the winter time.) ???
When I had a previous car(w124 E220), I used to have higher RPMs(for example 1500 RPM) when I just start the cold engine and after it warms up, they became lower(700 RPM) and stand on this level while it is warm.
As I understand, the idea is that it helps engine to start and work when it is cold.
Now I have always something close to 1000 RPMs, always! When I start the engine it is going to 1000 RPMs and there is nothing like increasing RPMs.
Is it normal behavior? Or I have to fix something?
Thank you in advance,
Bulat.
