thanks for the welcome everyone well my 16v had some weird knocking sound coming from it so my dad and i pulled it out and completely disassembled it and found the chain guide rails wich are plastic had been peeling but i dont think that was the problem so i let it sit the whole winter and somehow snow came through my garage and got on my car and rusted alot of the parts the chain, the lifters and some other stuff so now im thinking of possibly just sourcing another cosworth engine for a decent …
